Twichell's book opens with his family's nighttime encounter with a UFO in the summer of 1962. At the age of 14, Twichell, his older sister Ann, and their parents witnessed a green sky and a billowy cloud hovering above the roof of their home, which contained yellow, red, and white round lights. Twichell's mother declared it was the second coming of Christ, but willingly recanted that statement the next morning when the Detroit Free Press reported it was just "Northern Lights." This report satisfied Twichell's mother and most Detroiters, except for Twichell, who never forgot the experience.
AAER staff have met Dave Twichell, his wife Laura, and sister Ann. They are very intelligent people who do not exaggerate the truth even though they are uncertain why so many unusual things have happened to their family.
Since the Twichells are familiar with the abduction scenario, AAER asked if they had considered the possibility that maybe their whole family was abducted that night in 1962 for which the aliens may have blocked their memories? It is a question without an answer.
Twichell's book nicely blends his family's personal encounters with ghosts, death, precognition, NDE's, OBE's, astral travel, angels and religion. The book's cover photo features a famous 15th century painting depicting Mary and the baby Jesus with a man and a dog in the background pointing to a UFO in the sky. It is a painting which begs for an explanation as to its true meaning.

So much in Bibles or written with metaphors simulating matters in a way ‘minds of eras’ could understand, and at the same time many verses were speaking of both a past, present and sometimes a related future situation, most such verses covering multiple situations are most often not rightly divided in their presentations; but nevertheless; Satan and Beelzebub in their creation were and are of the same celestial ‘family alliance’; and in speaking of matters ‘before the falling out of place of man’. But long before the invasion of Earth’s moon took place …. This particular cathode satellite had been set in position high up through space, and after undergoing full activation it appeared as a twinkling star …. a lot of wrongful changes took place after the cathode satellite was activated, and after Earth’s Lunar base was taken over…. one of which was a frequency shift occurred about the planet at the same time Earth‘s Luna Facility was linked with the Satan’s alliance and Satan cathode satellite ….
This shift of an altered frequency also disconnected the original celestial alliance associated with earth’s core, which had been in link with earth’s moon since the falling from place … this meant all portal doors of their alliance were now unable to reach Earth’s area of space … colonies of this alliance were lost without contact … these were known as saints ….
Also this invasion meant that all power facilities sustaining the many cloaked bubbles of space referred to as clouds which floated unseen within the skies of Earth …. And those power facilities sustaining hidden pockets of space orbiting outside Earth’s atmosphere who wanted to sustain their power facilities, had to now draw from the cathode satellite relay station …
Yet the cathode satellite transmitter of ions, was set for receivers of a positive receptors, which was to sustain a negative energy supply …. The mantled core will return to such a heated state until the very surface and crust of Earth’s surface will peel away from the core as one would peal off the hull of an orange and cast it into space. The Core of this Planet will become once again a temporary supper-heated source similar to that which scientist knew had to exist, but didn’t understand where it came from, or what it actually was that cause the accumulation of cosmic element unto the combustion of that big bang.
